Cleansing For Stomach
nothing to do with the anatomy of this tasty fish. The Bogas is a stream and the throat is the channel through which flows. And its location is in the municipality of San José del Valle de Cádiz. Nearby Guadalcacín Swamp. Today I was there with my friends Druten , and the layout can see in the web Diputación de Cádiz .
We are as always in the Mercadona of Puerto Real, and from there we went to breakfast at Algar who is very near the entrance to the route.
Leaving Algar and went on Sale Tempul where the route started walking.
We passed under the canal that supplies water to Jerez and Cadiz area from the Huron Swamp . This channel ends in the mountain stage and the ETAP Cuartillos.
. We passed this rock formation of the Sierra de las Cabras. And I must warn that we walked by La Vereda de la Boca del Foz

And under this the Buitrera of Foz do we stop to eat the food we had. We were there for a while and eat and rest after we started way back in the same place.
continue walking until you find the road you came. It was 15:00 and we had almost 4 hours of hiking. Lacked the hardest: Walking on the road for 2.5 miles and it was hot, very hot. The lift was calm and it showed the ahogazón. But good hikers continue despite the ravages of time.
And we finally got back to Manatial of Tempul. We take off the heat as we could and then we sat at the bar for refreshments ....
The road was long and the engine did the rest: They fell asleep ....
We arrived at Puerto Real at 18:20 ......... The route was over ....
